Project inquiries
When you send an inquiry, Lava Foundry receives the name, email address, business name (if supplied), project interest, and message you provide. These details are used to evaluate your request and respond to you.
How the site works
This website does not use advertising trackers or set analytics cookies. Optional improvement metrics are off until you select the consent checkbox. If enabled, only fixed event names (such as demo interaction or inquiry success) are sent, without form contents, business names, email addresses, cookies, or visitor identifiers. Consent lasts only for the current page visit. The server does not store IP addresses in these metrics, although the hosting provider processes connection information. The demo business name stays in your browser and is not saved or sent. The hosting provider may process technical information, such as IP addresses and request logs, to deliver and protect the site. When inquiry delivery is enabled, submissions pass through the configured form-processing service to the business’s chosen destination. The configured email service may also send a transactional confirmation to the address you provide.
Protecting the inquiry form
The form uses short-lived, keyed hashes of connection addresses to limit repeated submissions. Counters rotate each minute; expired counters are removed when the next submission is processed. Raw IP addresses and inquiry contents are not stored in this counter database. Cloudflare hosts the site and counters; Resend delivers inquiry and confirmation emails.
Your choices
Only share information needed to discuss your project. Do not submit passwords, payment details, or sensitive personal information. You can request access to or deletion of your inquiry information through the project inquiry form, using the email address associated with your original request.
